These terms apply to the app Weather – Minimal Classic. Apple's standard licence agreement also applies to apps you download from the App Store.
1. The app
Weather – Minimal Classic shows weather, forecasts and rain radar in a vintage journal style. The app is free.
2. Forecasts are information, not advice
Weather data comes from third parties and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Do not base safety decisions on this app alone, especially for travel, water, aviation or work outdoors.
3. Fair use
Do not use the app in a way that overloads the underlying weather services, and do not redistribute the radar images as your own.
4. Availability
We do our best to keep the app working, but the forecast depends on external services that we do not control. The app can be unavailable during outages.
5. Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of the forecasts. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
6. Privacy
The privacy policy explains what the app does with your data.
7. Contact and applicable law
